Q: How did you get into the construction industry?
A: Cobb Hill Construction is owned by my family, it was a natural fit.

Q: What’s one thing that surprised you about the industry?
A: The lack of young individuals joining the industry long-‐term.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?
A: Every day is a different experience with new surprises, and challenges.

Q: How have you been involved with ABC?
A: I joined ABC as a member when I started at Cobb Hill Construction. Along   with ABC New Hampshire/Vermont staff, and 5 other young professionals I founded the ABC Young Professionals Group and currently act as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Q: What is your favorite part of being involved with the ABC Young Professionals?
A: Connecting with other young professionals in the industry who have an interest in growing themselves professionally,  and personally.

Q: What advice would you give to someone entering the industry?
A: Have a plan for yourself. Set long-‐term and short-‐term goals and work to achieve them everyday. Remember you won’t be CEO of the company tomorrow, however you should always act in the best interest of the company as if you were to be; especially when making decisions that impact yourself and your co-‐workers, interacting with clients, and when wearing a logo on your back.
